The Avalon ImagePro21 Image Print Utility (IPU) application is an independent, PC-based program for printing detail reports of specified account items with images. This application is also known as Descriptive Details.

The items have been processed by the Avalon ImagePro21 Image Reject Re-entry (IRR) module.

The items must pass a user-defined external account table lookup.
|
Each item is printed on a separate page, with its image, original codeline information and repaired codeline information.

CONFIGURABLE
Define the location of the item codelines, the image storage locations from which the images are accessed and the printer to which the report is sent for printing. The application also provides options for hiding IRR jobs that contain no detail items and for automatic printing.

STATUS OF QUEUED OR PRINTED DETAIL FILES
Select to view the queued files to be printed or the files that have already been printed. The displayed information includes the test system, the IRR job number, the IRR key block number, item count, time queued, and status (printed or queued).

PRINT, REPRINT OR DELETE DETAILS
Select an entry from the list to print, reprint, or delete.
